近年来,众筹融资模式在美国发展较为迅速。本文分析了众筹融资模式的内涵及其产生的原因,以及美国众筹融资的发展现状及其存在的问题,对美国JOBS法案有关众筹融资模式的内容进行解读。在借鉴美国经验的基础上,本文提出在保护投资者利益的条件下,我国可以试点发展众筹融资。
Abstract：In recent year,crowdsouring has been developing rapidly in America.This paper describes the connotations and causes of crowdsouring.The paper also introduces the development and problems of crowdsouring in America after interpreting the contents relating to crowdsouring in JOBS Act and analyzes its inspiration and reference to the development of China's crowdsouring.
